Received the wrong product
If you receive an incorrect product, we will exchange the product for the correct item. We will pay for the return cost so that the incorrect item can be sent back to us.
If you are missing items from your order, you will need to contact us in a week’s from receiving it,we will resend your item or offer you a paritiful refund,thanks.
Item Defective or Broken
Please contact us at email@example.com to inform us of the issue you are encountering. In certain situations we may need to ask you for a photo of the broken or defective item for our records.
We will pay for the return cost,we will refund your money or resend you a new replacement one after we receive our item,thanks.
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. For unopened or unused of the non-defective items, we will accept the return,but you need pay for the return cost.
If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
